Refund & Return Policy

At WhiteBoard Masters, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns

2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved:

If applicable, shipping costs are non-refundable

Late or missing refunds:

3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was delivered. If you need an exchange, contact us at hello@whiteboardmasters.co.ke within [e.g. 3-5] days of receiving your order.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning an item unless it was delivered damaged or in error

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance
5. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t been processed or shipped, we will issue a full refund. Once shipped, the return policy above applies.
